Sometimes you feel as if your own little fuel tank is running low and each step further is one too far, that's Mandy & I this evening but as ever Mandy has a few more jobs to be done and now all the pots and pans are stowed away in the new kitchen and other not suitable for induction rings are off to Ireland. We tied in with Ged Coates this afternoon and we have now rooms booked for the Thursday of week 1 and the Monday of Week 2 of the long distance charity walk. Please if you haven't found time before please, plerase now donate / sponsor me for the walk the link is Today was the Lower Peover village fete day and we had been volunteered to help and it was fun but hard work after such a tiring period overall this past month. The long walk will be physically challenging but hopefully mentally refreshing and rewarding and fulfilling a desire I've had for several years. Now kitted out with better equipment I'm looking forwards to the next practise session I've got all but the last two bus DVDs from Malta on the shop and I'm just going to start the covers for those now. Lots of clips are now live on our Youtube site here are some examples greetings readers everywhere, we are both feelings a bit tired as it's been such a hectic week with the return from Malta, the nearly finished kitchen , getting clear of the DVD and cine backlog of orders, getting material edited, stock arriving, clearing boxes to tip etc. Then this morning I did a long stint in the back garden getting the plants tied up and trying to halt the damage from the foul weather which saw us puit the heating back on last night it was so cold here. This afternoon I was editing the Malta DVsds, just two bus ones to go and the jobs finished. Here are some of the recent releases. these are already on our shop page and the first order has already landed. At tea time we went to the Lower Peover school to set up for the village fete tomorrow, we are looking after the cuddly toy tombola would you believe, we've also put up the stand which we were going to use but we moved the toy display inside and will find another use for the PMP stand. It wraps up late afternoon, then packing up. I won't even have time to get the last of the Malta bus DVDs done until Sunday. Next week I'll be going to Essex and Suffolk, Norfolk will wait until later in the year as Mandy wants to have a break there and she is away at Hil and Seans in Ireland next week. Some more Malta pictures, perhaps I might get some clips loaded on Youtube tonight or tomorrow if not Sunday at the latest. |
