I must admit when we got the telly going last night it was disgusting to hear about nothing but the USA and presidents, only a few minutes then to cover the distressing Corona stats and the widespread floods. The BBC do themselves no good they should reflect on who it is that pays for the service and cover the B bit of their name. Anyway we were able to get the DVD orders done and I need to get another splitter cable to get the scanner and projector workng in the display room, thats easily picked up at any hardware shop. As the weather is going to be sunny tomorrow perhaps everywhere will dry out a little. I'll head to my usual spot on the A50 at Uttoxeter roundabout which is near enough to get to and then after lunch it starts to cloud over so I'll stick it out as long as I'm able. Tomorrow will thus be my first day out with the electric gloves, I'm looking forward to no freezing fingers again. I'll be torchy boy with all my sock and glove batteries.
I've just sent of the copy for next advert in Buses mag who seem to be running a month ahead of Kelseys CVC truck mag. Its our weekly pub as was night tonight and as Mandy just said never have we looked forward to a few drinks like today ( ditto last night but we resisted). So as we will be on the good old A50 some shots from that neck of the wood, I'm still transferring scanned files to the external drive. Then I repeat the process for the OTA copy ( Online Transport Archive.) Keeps me out of mischief eh! Shots on other trips to Uttoxeter A50... Glug Glug from Lower Peover
