A busy day as usual but lots of positives, we were up at 5am and straight down to Swindon, not that much change yet although i understand that the new buses long expected are starting to arrive and the old Thamesdown sign I'm told has been removed from the depot with the change of entity going through later this month. It was hard work getting enough film for a programme and Mandy must have had enough of Marks & Spencers and whiling away the time to last a lifetime. We then headed to Bath which proved a lot easier to film and quite interesting with lots of new First buses on the Unibus service, in fact there seemed to be plenty of changes to record. We didn't get back home until quite late with the rush hour traffic, churchwarden duties needed attention and I've downloaded the DVD orders which Mandy will sort in the morning as I'm up early again over to Immingham to film at the docks as sunny weather is promised about 9 am after the storms have cleared, its hammering down outside at present. Some photos first though from the Blackburn visit yesterday. Comments are closed.
