Great to be here with you all once more and I can't tell you I've been busy as that isn't news at all but I just can't believe how hectic I am considering retirement looms although the pension department told me today that it takes 4-6 weeks to give a statement on likely income and what I need to top up by to achieve expected pension at 65 in March 2017. Oh well I suppose it will all get sorted in the end. Meanwhile the training side takes up a lot of time and effort with some really zany antics today when a client supplied an address for us to deliver specialist training but the people there knew nothing about it, the secretary had put the wrong company down one started Jee and the real one Gee and in English that's pretty well the same thing spoken out. I did manage to get a few more photos trimmed up ready to file and upload on our Smugmug site but I've also been busy with the blood pressure monitor and the reading morning, afternoon and at home this evening have all been tremendously lower than those at the surgery earlier in the week- really strabge, I understand its called white coat syndrome. I've finished editing the balloon flight over Whitchurch DVD and clips should be on Youtube later this evening. Our new flight and travel lady has got all the internal Colombia flights booked for us and that's that trip more or less finished in planning and booking. I sent off details for the China trip to have a look at flights to HK and back from Beijing, they look a bit pricey to my eyes, good old stalwart Turkish Airlines looks like being the quickest and cheapest. Hopefully we will get a few bus films done before the week is out, plans are afoot for West Midlands and then down to Milton Keynes and perhaps Luton with the newish busway that I've yet to see. The next rally we are at will be at Alton followed by Worthing and then my trip to Moldova before returning with the trips to Herne Bay - yes just confirmed it's on and finally Lathalmond before my knee replacement. I'm hoping to be hopping around for Heaton Park in September and of course the two day event at Glasgow in October so lots more opportunities to catch up with you all. It wouldn't load up photos last night lets try again, what would you like - ah West Midlands it is then. Comments are closed.
