I'd best keep it brief this evening , today I cracked on with getting some of the 16mm cine films listed on EBay although I haven't done the screen shots which I'll have to add later but otherwise it just takes forever to get them loaded and edited etc. Anyway the weather was horrid first thing so I waited doing the loading while it cleared up later in the morning and quite quickly dried but not before the little IQ got dirrty going down to Crewe. Mandy had gone swimming first thing then late morning the Polio Fellowship[ meeting at Ellesmere Port. I did quite a bit of film, hoping that I've got two hour programmes out of it but still downloading on the software to edit. My second computer which has been regenerated like a Doctor Who is ready to pick up at the garden centre. Tonight is the big night , my charity film show at Plumley village hall, Lawrence at the village shop / post office has sold yet another three tickets so I know that around twenty have already gone plus all those who wish to pay at the door. Jane called but I was on the phone to friend Emma who was going to pop in later but hadn't realised it was the film night, her other half Phil was on telly last night on the farmers lobby meeting. Jane has her car in for service and needs us to collect 'stuff' on the way to the village hall tonight, we are having a quick flan and baked beans for dinner. I heard from friend Albert in Barcelona, they are back in the city after the summer break in their mountain village home, Roser is taking medical retirement after the accident which broke her back, she has done very well but a lot more physio to go. Mandy and I have switched our thoughts on February sunshine holiday now looking at Mumbai and Kochi, the latter has some great offers in good hotels and has a port even a metro open perhaps by then so some film opportunities plus I really want to have a play on the BEST deckers and try and get a depot visit arranged. The is a direct train from Mumbai to Kochi non stop in one day and supposed to be very scenic. Anyway must fly here are some shots from first couple of hours at A500 near Crewe. By the way just coming up to 10000 subs on our Youtube channel and 24M hits. Comments are closed.
