I've got quite a lot done today although it doesn't actually feel like it. There are now about 7 films from Super8 listed on our EBay shop most cover steam railways. There are clips on our Youtube site which by the way has clicked over the 20 million hit mark but the click rate on adverts has tumbled and thus has our revenue, if you are using apps to avoid the ads then DON'T it means that everybody engaged in listings loses out and it will soon not be worth bothering with if the decline continues. Anyone stupid enough to believe the clips are their for your enjoyment go on living in cloud cuckoo land, it is there to make money and in our case to help finance our film work so if you want it to stop then just carry on avoiding the adverts, perhaps I should leave a few weeks alone with no more material and see what happens. EBay seems to have been a steady enough platform for sales although there is always the occasional idiot about one of which I've copped for the second time in two months who bidded, didn't pay and then cries wolf when someone else picked up the spoils. I lose lots of bids every week but I know what I'm willing to pay, other win then don't pay, why oh why are people like this if you haven't the means don't bid and if you win dish the dosh!
I've been listing a lot of railway films on our shop and clips are on Youtube other than the odd one claimed as copyright elsewhere, mostl;y the original companies have vanished, liquidated as company profiles usual list. There are a good few from Super8 to come I'm only just getting started although all sales and auctions will be suspended other than the regular DVD stock when we leave for Colonmbia in just under two weeks time.
