This evening after a very busy day at work I was determined to get the next Scandinavian film sorted out and I think I've done OK with a programme which combines my small collection of Norrkoping archives with some mid 1990s visits by Ken Harris and then my own trip in May 2000 and then to take us just over the hour some scenes from Malmo and here are a couple of stills off the net which are a reminder that i should check out some of the scenes I thought were Finnish because they could be Mamo, when Sweden changed the rule of the road in 1967 silly fellows it meant the end og a couple of systems and that the future of Malmo trams would be shortened.Another one which bit the dust was Helsingborg those are the blue trams. There were other Swedish tramways which petered out in the 1950s a Wiki search will bring those interested a limited amount of views. I'm not 100% certain where we shall end up tomorrow, it promises to be dry but cold and cloudy, South wales is a possibility Methryr and Pontypridd perhaps but then anything could happen after I've watched the weather forecast. I took the PMP van to work today for a run out and loaded up the DVD stock at home ready for Manchester at the end of March. Comments are closed.
