Today we were up sharp to get my hair cut at Ellesmere Port before carrying on to the Honda dealer, negotiated and agreed price on Mandy's new Jazz which will be ready in a couple of weeks depending on the fitting of hand control adaption otherwise it would have been just 2 days delivery. We tried to get some shopping at M&S at the port but it was gridlocked, must have been something special happening so went straight to the Woodcote hotel where we were having the Polio Fellowship afternoon tea. It was all very nice with high quality produce and the only downside is that after the major refurbishment they still have got the new access ramp installed. We are off early tomorrow to Peterborough to visit my aunt Monica. Still no trace of my dad Jim who remain as much an enigma in death as in life. We will be back home and ready to blog on Saturday evening. May do some film Friday am or Saturday pm if there is light cloud but no promises but Peterborough is on our to do list. I'll of course try and fit some lorry film in as and when. I have downloaded a lot more of the Hastings archive which will need to be finished before I can tackle Blackburn and Burnley films. Here are some more shots from Blackburn . Our Youtube clip on Immingham trucks has now given us our first 10M plus clip and 5 are now over a million. Polio Fellowship afternoon tea today at Woodcote hotel on the Wirral Comments are closed.
