BIRTHDAY BEST WISHES AROUND THE WORLD

After all these years I still don't really know what you can do with Facebook but by all appearances it is quite handy for letting everyone know it's a birthday and with so many best wishes coming through from all sides of the world I thought it only fair to try and respond to everyone however briefly. It does remind you how big our community is and how it crosses borders and continents in a flick of an eye. The hits on the Youtube site seem to be rising, one present you can all give throughout the year is to click on an advert or two each time you visit some of the thousands of trailers we have as clips on our Youtube website. Then you can always use the PMP shop to get your DVDs in preference to Amazon or even EBay as the money just comes to PMP and we don't make those other guys rich , just enables us to do all the good things we like such as our sponsorship for the potteries bus rally, the Brittania stadium is charging over a thousand pounds for the use of the car park, e cover all the insurance needs of the event which is several hundred pounds, please come along and support us there in May and get the numbers back up after the move from the Wedgewood centre.

There are many other organisations which regularly receive funding from ourselves, as many regulars will know we are friends with the likes of Clonter opera and the RNCM in Manchester as well as Welsh National and much regular donations throughout the year. Mandy supports the charity for the donkeys Brookes and we regularly fund raise for the British Polio Fellowship. There was a programme on the tv last night about the introduction of the vaccines back in the early 1950s which of course came too late to prevent Mandy getting the disease which is now wiped out in most countries except for the loony lot in Afghanistan and Pakistan who kill the medical workers involved, nice one love your god bet he's got lots of nice things for you when you get to hell.

Anyway a birthday tinged with misgivings for the future after the hell we have gone through over the past few months with the Polish bus drivers, the Scottish police and their legal system. I was going to take it all on the chin which is basically the route I've taken but I've decided to share the good news with all the departments concerned and got a letter to base the news distribution as widely as possible. There are three plane spotters in the fascist state of UAE, remember we had hassle there in February, only one souvenir picture allowed per tourist at the bus station and the souvenir monorail tickets must be handed back after your ride, no surprise there then that three lads are in jail. erhaps the bus and aircraft enthusiats should get together with the train fans etc, we could register a new religion something as woolly as church of England yeah that's me and every time we get mistreated we can shout the race chant. I'm suggesting in my letter that Scotland gets a mention on the foreign office advise pages as their laws are now so radically different from the UK, wouldn't it have been good if they were independent, lets hope nice Mr Farage between pints manages to get the English a referendum on whether we want to be independent!
