I'm now well on my way to finishing the third section of the wall long series ofg cabinets in our new room at No17, I made good progress today after an early start but stopped and cleared up at 4pm for some relaxation and craft ale, Mandys running low on gin so if Boris wants to divert his attention to something actually worthwhile for a change... Actually I looked at Facebook after a posting on a family member and checked to see if thee was any follow up. The same tedious malicious, frightening rubbish which saw me come off it for several months. I certainly have no intention of being active other than copying my blogs, previously people thought we must be dead suddenly vanishing. Seriously though if half the frightening violent threats and foul language took hold we would be taking back civilization many millennium. I've no interest in having conversations on Facebook folks so don't expect responses, neither do I use Messenger at all, it is a mal ware virus which tries to take over your computer. Tomorrow I'll be at the Pier Head running day at Liverpool, a great day out with the theme of the PTEs although I guess there will be much more and usually a lot of visiting vehicles, shame it clashes with the Birmingham big bus bash which I would like to have seen. I'm currently having two old Midland Red model buses constructed for me by a great gent I met at the Gaydon lorry event this year. We haven't many events left this year with the PMP stand, just the Great Harwood bus rally at Town & District 's premises in Lancashire next week and that's the lot for this year at present. I'm skipping Showbus as we have a family event on that week and no longer attend Boyle St, with no Heaton Park Trans Lancs we have had no shows in the North West other the the excellent and friendly Morecambe Ribble 100 event. Next year we shall still do Detling and Cobham weekend in April and the open weekend at Lathalmond although we didn't even cover costs this year in Scotland. I'm thinking of the Southampton Victoria Park event and others we either haven't been to for a while or new events, mainly those which don't over charge! Here are a couple of photos of the shelf units as of this afternoon, hoping for a full day on them Monday which is going to be wet and then some filming as well next week. The week after Mandy is in Ireland and I'm down south covering remaining locations from our annual round up including Isle of Wight. ps the square 'hole' in the shelf unit is the electrics for the house, the consumer unit I think it is called.
