I realise now that when I'm on my adventures that the facebook link to the blog doesn't work, mainly because I've no idea how to get it to link when I'm on the ipad thingey, it keeps wanting me to log in but at home it just happens, I suppose I must have set something up but just shows how little I actually use it but thats being old for you. Anyway we seem to be getting more and more without trying so thanks for joining in the fun as with battle with life's twists and turns. Today I was looking forwards to a pleasant sunny day, instead it turned out with freezing fog with glimmers of sunshine, thankfully staying dry for my new windscreen to be fitted, the were really efficient and I'm glad it's fixed even if it's £75 down the drain. The little car will be due it's service soon, that's two in a year, as they aren't making any more I'll have to decide whether to get one of the last ones hanging around or look for something else before I retire. Isn't it a cumfy feeling to be thinking about retiring, in fact I should chill out out work if they ever want to pay me off I'd do quite well although at present I'd just like to get the number of days down. I've got a bit more footage at Stobarts port at Widnes and that should give a fairly long running DVD and as a treat for those starved of Stobbies for a couple of months here are some lorries hot off the press, the drivers haven't even got home for dinner yet. I got the final Scandinavian DVD mastered last night, cover done and on the shop plus I uploaded the latest list on shop and news pages. The Youtube account is slowly climbing but a bit more effort required yet with you all clicking on adverts each visit. I managed to get out in the garden this evening , fed the birds, watered overwintered plants in greenhouse and noted that loads of stuff is shooting up unnoticed because of the miserable weather which goes on and on but I have to start spraying against lilly beetle quite soon.I've got a fistful of letters to post now regarding the escapades in S******d with the police and Polish drivers, seems a good time to get the politicians involved, the bus enthusiast vote must be a tie breaker at least this time around. Talking of that place up there I got a cine film on EBay 1960s bus tour of S******d which may well sit besides the cine I borrowed last year and have done nothing with as yet , a couple more tours of you know where and perhaps it will all stitch together.
