After the success of our day at the big orange at the transport museum in Manchester we then quickly followed up with out worst ever Boyle St Christmas event which I suppose shows that our many regulars who supported us in October at the museum had done their spending on DVDs for the period. It was a tough assignment this year having a rather nasty pair of people behind us all weekend who had 'issues' but there was also an under current which was apparant from set up Friday, the usual helpfulness getting stock in remained but name badges and other measures mitigated against the usual relaxed friendly atmosphere. We were glad to get away in the end and a rushed tea and it's off for the six thirty service at St Oswalds although I want to get the carol singing photos circulated before then although I'm not sure who I send them to, no indication in the Parish magazine, it seems most things there get circulated to those who already know the message! Anyway I've downloaded all the orders from our internet shops and I'll get the orders ready to send out first thing Monday, we won't have to set the alarm and I hope to resume filming on Tuesday perhaps Walsall and Wolverhampton, who knows what the weather will do. Anyway a few shots from last night at the Golden Pheasant Plumley It was very sunny when I went out of Boyle St museum to see what was happening so not such good shots perhaps as usual albeit some interesting and very different visiting buses from the norm Comments are closed.
