at least the title worked on the mobile app last night, a frustrating day at time , we had a car alarm going off from early morning which woke me at 6am a little before we would have liked but we did want to be at breakfast prompt, it was at the Alona which isn't bad at all for the many and we'd had a cracking venison meal last night. We left Motherwell and the Satnav took us across country to joining the motorway to Edinburgh. It was almost laughable at the spot we normally park at for disabled parking on George ST, they had blocked off the road to all but cyclists and pedestrians but the disabled parking was still active but you couldn't actually get to it, ho ho ho, disabled access in Edinburgh, they must be as mad as the police and courts, perhaps its something in the water. Another great laugh coming home on the A7 there are various notices saying the A7 is a historic route to the M6 motorway then if that wasn't weird enough the final one said the route is to the historic M6 motorway, perhaps its going to get a blue plaque sometime soon, after all it is about 50 years old in places. The Scottish National Socilist Party seems to be seen in its true colours now, nothing like supporting that nice Cameroons, lovely little country in Africa something to do with Macaroons perhaps, anyway he seems to be getting off on it just as much as the bitch in red, perhaps she'll start wearing blue now. I think that Ed is delightful if a toff but they are mostly public school boys and of course all know a lot about life , much more than us mere mortals who slog their guts out for no thanks at all for a lifetime. I loved the way the Tories blame Labour for the banking crisis, I can just see all the bankers being paid up members of Socialist Worker or the Labour Party, for that matter I think they'd rate voting Liberal almost communist. This afternoon we went to Galashiels, the bus station is shut, there is a new railway running down from Edinburgh and there will be a transport interchange come September but activity seemed at a very low ebb and I don't think it will ever see enough movement to warrant visits very often. We met up again with one of our regular supporters and then after saying farewell headed down to Hawick which is almost the reserve of the First museum fleet and just about all evidence of the independents in the Borders has been erased except a minibus on the Borders Wanderer. We stopped at Tebay for a meal and then hunted without luck for Easter eggs which we thought we'd get on the way home, no luck at all though. Another mealy mouthed response from my letters to the chief constables regarding stopping bus enthusiasts taking pictures, 'you have to balance security'.... blah blah, despite the ACPO Chief Police officers association spelling out the facts they still don't practice what they preach. It will be interesting next week when I lay the next tranche of complaints against the police and Scottish courts, if they are going to pursue me for trumped up rubbish I'll take as many of them down as possible and at least all will be justified, no more Mr Nice Guy , stuff it up em from now on. I may well sack off my solicitor, contacting Liberty on Tuesday, see if I can get a civil rights activist representative. Photos from Kilmarnock on Friday morning. Just coming up to 16M hits on Youtube, please tap an ad or two each visit, the response is good so far, lots of interest in the Ukraine material. Comments are closed.
