I thought i'd better get the slide show loaded first as it had given problems over the last couple of day anyway it all seems to be back to normal. The clips are on Youtube plus there is an internet only one on cars arriving at Detling early in the morning. The parade is also on Youtube, I actually managed to capture it twice by running along the length of the show ground so at least the new knee works at speed. I must start getting some practice in for the sponsored walk in July, I'll be adding links in for you all to sponsor myself and friend Sue. It turned out to be a busy day one way and the other although having been up late catching up on TV we didn't get going until after 9 this morning. We went to the post office then the bank in Knutsford then up to Northwich and Waitrose shopping then to Winning kitchens we thought to pay a deposit but as previous customers nothing was required, speaks volumes of business in this part of affluent Cheshire where Northwich is now rivaling Warrington as one of the fastest upwardly mobile towns. We went hom,e for lunch then went to get cash transferred from a matured ISA at Altrinchsam, my first glimpse of the rebuilt transport interchange. Thenh acroiss country to High Leigh garden centree to avoid the road works going into Altricham as the A556 upgrade continues and in Northwich every inch of junction seems to be under rebuild, a sea of concrete looks the future. I've got a few more clips on Youtube and I'm just finishing the Detling DVD cover having edited the East Kent RCC 100th earlier. Tomorrow despite it being better weather than the rest of the week we are picking up Mandy's new laptop at Ellesmere Port and I'm dropping off the remainder of the colour negs to go on DVD at ASDA before they shut down if no buyer is found for the photo section. That leave me Wednesday, early Thursday ( we are all Halle concert 18.30) Friday and Saturday to take a pick from although sunshine and heavy showers seems to be what is on offer. I'm waiting to get the Nottingham trams covered plus the new Leigh guided bus way. Comments are closed.
