I was filming at Bury today, actually quite interesting and with limited amount of buses most are in fleet livery which makes it a very colourful location, look forward to seeing it in better times. There were passengers more so than Manchester etc and even saw a bus with about 10 people on it, it seemed like more buses were required. Listening to clips from news it seems that the amount of buses out could be increased next week. I also called in at Warrington, another spot that was a low, why have they got second hand buses in non fleet livery running and who is the new operator, I need to search the net some time. Enough odds and ends to make it interesting for the first half hour then it was same buses coming round again all the time. The louts, drunks, rough sleepers, winos etc have taken over the bus and rail station area and dead legs ride bikes through the forecourt. It is going to take a big clean up to make the towns and cities inhabitable again, perhaps a disinfectant spray lorry. I need to get some DVD covers done for recent releases but i did as promised get the Bolton clips on Youtube although the hits seem rather meagre for the content and scarcity. We continue to be deluged with DVD orders and they alone take up a lot of our time. Thankfully a day unscathed by rude people and some super friendly drivers at Bury and Warrington. Bury will be combined with Wigan for DVD purposes. It remains to be seen what I can put with Warrington. I hope the weather warms up it is still so terribly cold and windy and the gardens are desperate for rain. Photos from Bury this morning. Comments are closed.
