Three more DVDs ready, that's the trucks at Ternhill in Shropshire yesterday. We also had the latest meeting at Plumlys of the Queen's platinum anniversary village celebrations yesterday and later a chance to follow up on leads at the Crown over a couple of beers, we ended up laster than usual which was reflected in our waking up somewhat later than normal. I also met up with Dave Forrest yesterday at Burtonwood services on the M62, I picked up the remainder of Dave's cine films, I'm already scanning through the first batch. I've also been eliminating unwanted shots on the camera but need to file those required. So today we also got the van packed ready for Detling, nobody has asked for anything to be laid aside for them, too late now. We will have a much reduced stock with us and it will b so for as long as we get to events with a sales stand. I hope we get to meet up with our friends in the South East particularly as regular readers will know I'll miss Brooklands isolating for my operation on the 25th Oct..I've also be messing with the Topaz editing software, the very long rendering times mean that it is over a day to see the results and then it could still not be what I want. I guess as I get used to it I'll know better what settings to use. I watched the tutorials clips again on Youtube but they were really naff, high speed and leave out the messy bits like waiting days for it to render or even get ready for previews. At least three archive programmes are lined up, the DMS, the Tube and Glasgow in the 1980s. No blog tomorrow as we will be at Detling. Comments are closed.
