I spent a big chunk of the morning clearing up after the storm, I got everything tidied up although the lawns have had a lot of stress from the long dry spell, some rain finally promisded for tomorrow morning. I've fed, weeded, trimmed, dead headed etc and have left weeding the front to get done over the weekend. Making the tea this morning I was stunned to see the woodpecker on the feeder near the kitchen window, haven't seen any for ages and then up close. The feeders are full and plenty of birds taking food in our garden. I've also been working my way through the DVD arising from last weeks trips, all the bus ones are done save for the covers and clips are on our Youtube channel. The double vision from the stroke is still a big issue as you'll note from my spelling, eating, typing, reading are all difficult and deadheading and pulling up grass in the garden is hard without 3D vision. I've made a start sorting out the phoios as well here are a few.
