Not the best of nights albeit I was dosed up on pills, I kept waking every time I turned over but considering I didn't do too badly and I think I've got away with the worst of it. I'm doing all sorts at present, leaving the more mundane work matters aside for the moment I can look at the UK first time on DVD video archives and I've now checked through the parts of the UK and checked up whats m8issing, the great big hole is the West Midlands, although I've done the cine archives I haven't really touched the video which starts in 1989 or so and covers Birmingham, Walsall, West Brom,Wolves etc, etc. There are quite a few other bits plus some parts of Staff not including Hanley. Lots of tiny portions for likes of Northampton and even Wiltshire excluding Swindon. I've decided to start this rush to the finishing line with Hereford and Worcester- I've been thinking of a return there for a while, its such a long cross country ride but I'll be temptingly close when I cover the trunk road down to South Wales passing through Ross and Monmouth down to Newport and on the Bristol Avonmouth Docks, yes its lorries all the way on that one. Goodness with all the drugs I'm taking it rather makes your head whirl when doing the typing. I noticed that the viewing had dropped from 1500 a night to around 5-600 at present, perhaps I'm getting a bit too boring. Well head down again and tonight some covers for the latest releases, I'm uploading the next batch to Amazon tonight, our own shop on this site is always spot on up to date. I'll get round to EBay as and when, there is a new cheapo sale starting tomorrow until the 13th Sept. I topped up the bird feeders when I got home plus one of the stubborn Oxford diecasts which just wouldn't unscrew, I took it with me today when I popped into Hattons to swap the faulty Southdown coach, the wheels on the next one aren't perfect by any means but much better. Anyway with a large hacksaw and pliers I cut off the base on the Matador and then with the pliers got the screw out. I really do need more display space, I don't want stuff end on but may be there is no alternative. Mandy has been busy in the kitchen this evening, looking forward to dinner, fasting next two days. I phoned my auntie Thelma in Eastbourne, she had been over the moon with the Ruby wedding anniversary pictures I'd sent her, she commented what a shame it was that Mazzie hadn't survived to be there, also applies top Mandy's mum and Sid of course but we were blessed with so many family and friends we shouldn't look to much backwards. The phone, well BT rolled up this morning, checked everything I'd checked already and went up to roof, checked my post roofing repairs, all fine, it ended up as a fault at the exchange despite the line test which said the line was fine, actually I don't think that faults at the exchange came into their options!
