It's been a very busy day in what is an already busy life but we have several non filming days coming up but of course that doesn't mean rest days. I went off down to Shrewsbury first, the weather started out as promised in the forcast but late morning the sun came out and stayed through our visit to Telford. With the demise of GHA buses that leaves Miserable Motors, Tanat Valley etc and so there is still some variety although buses types have decended to rock bottom and not a decker left there but at Telford at least three deckers seen and the Christmas bus plus Banga buses run in from Wolverhampton now. Generally though Shropshire is a mere shadow of a previously interesting bus scene. I've copied a few more 16mm films and started editing the West Midland material from yesterday which should all be ready sometime tomorrow or Friday. The misty shots in Walsall came out well compared with Shrewsbury it seems very interesting there. We have got to get the outdoor and indoor Christmas trees decorated and in place, the cards are now streaming in. The sorting table is overflowing with DVD orders once more. Tomorrow we need to do some present buying, get bird foods and my hair cut then in the afternoon it's the polio fellowship at Ellesmere Port, I think there is also food shopping to fit in somewhere and we need to drop off tickets for fund raising event and posters to more locations. We got the order of service for the service of 9 lessons and carols at St Oswalds and I'm in at No1, no pressure there then. We've just had our weekly Skype with Tina, Max and Joye down in New Zealand they are a day nearer Christmas than us. Photos tonight from yesterday at Wolverhampton. I'm also downloading the raw data from the previous external drives to the new mega 5TB drive from Seagate. Speed on camera 1/640 at ISO 1000 Comments are closed.
