With our POPS rally on Sunday it isn't surprising that we have a fairly local theme to our filming schedule this Saturday taking in Derby and Stoke, I'm not sure if I can get the films ready for Sunday though of course we'll all our other recent releases of both buses and lorries and one of the biggest display of our range that will be on the road this year. The next weekend I'll be covering the AEC rally which will be the first time I've attended for many years, Mandy will be in Ireland from Wednesday onwards so misses out on the delights of AEC's. I managed to get a whole bundle of photos filed away, I'll try and get the Belfast shots on the Smugmug site links from this site and don't forget stills shots are just the same as rally prices from 50p a throw. Obviously with the renewed vigor in the foul weather in Cheshire the balloon flight never took place this morning that's rescheduled to the end of May. Some more cine film joined the pile we have to copy, I've spent some more time de-weeding and de-grassing the borders to let the plants see the light. I noted that Nottingham trams start testing along the whole of the two new routes this week in daytime so perhaps the routes may see public service before June is out. I bet it all happens while I'm in France anyway Marseilles will have a new route in service in June for me to see. I did make a little progress on the social history material last night I'm hoping to have it finished by the end of this weekend if I get a chance. Tonight clips from Warrington I posted on Youtube last night, the material which was illegally uploaded on Derby was taken down by Youtube very promptly, strange that the person responsible had turned his contact page off as he was having too many contacts, now there's thing!
