I did a lot with outstanding photo images which were still on CD and needed to be digitally filed away, they are now in a queue of many thousands similar! At least they are on the theoretical to do list, talking of which I've been looking at the weather and I would say that Blackburn and Burnley are looking favourites at present for filming tomorrow. We have a meeting of the Polio Fellowship Thursday then Friday visiting my O'Grady relations at Peterborough. Then next Monday we have a masterclass at the RNCM for the afternoon. So a bit busy but we shall get as much done as we can, the weather is at this stage looking encouraging for next week later on but that's a long way off.
While I've been downloading film for the Hastings programme I've also been doing some family history research, the visit to Monica on Friday will I hope open up new fields of research, meanwhile to hunt for my recently deceased father Jim O'Grady has drawn a blank I've tried all the possible sources in Dorset and Kent but will next contact the general registrars office which will cover the whole UK.
I've put the new Sunderland film on the shop apologies it took a day to get round to it. Freezing cold, windy and rained from yesterday right through the night and until this morning. Some Hastings photos to get me on the right track! Amazing times when the Hastings & District fleet seperated from the main M&D fleet declared war on Eastbourne who retaliated with Top Line in association with Stagecoach who eventually purchased Hastings & District and thus the war ended, Stagecoach would go on to purchase the main Eastbourne municipal fleet as well.
