Mandy was already booked to have her first jab on Saturday, then this afternoon we both got a text to say that anyone 68-69 years old could get some spare places coming up tomorrow, Friday. This shows how on top of the situation we are here in the North West, something had to go right eventually. It was look under the floor board day, the water has gone, muddy residue left, some condensation of the electric wiring which the sparks raised above water level. Anyway we rang them and await his coming back, fingers crossed that it just all switches on but he can test the circuit before we get to that stage, at least we have all the essentials running at present. Next door came round at tea time, leaking cistern on their built in loo in the en suite. It was pouring through utility room ceiling below, anyway they have found the stop tap by the water meter and Gary has somehow stemmed the leak even without it all turned off. We've given them all the plumber numbers we have. Tomorrow bus filming put aside due to mid pm jab at Congleton town hall. Friend Sue helping out in Staffordshire, working along side the army, after carers and at risks they go mainstream and double their throughput tomorrow. At the rate they are going perhaps it will be down to 50yo + by the end of the month. I may just nip down to Lymm Poplar Truck stop in the morning and that will save me doing any lorry film next week. Lots of places on our list. Next some shots from Hull yesterday Comments are closed.
