A long day out yesterday and my to do list of jobs just seems to get ever longer. I filmed at Shrewsbury, the river was still high but no problems on the roads. then I went to Telford and finished with scenes at Oswestry with Lakeside school coaches in some number. Our printer finally died after problems getting the head clean then it was the paper pick up, the new one which is identical will arrive tomorrow and should just plug in and work, fingers crossed for that. I managed to get the 1970s RT film finished, just the cover to do. The Shrewsbury master will b ready in a few minutes. I went to Antrobus golf club to check out the film display arrangements for the Jaguar club show a week tonight, it should be easy as they have a screen we can put the lap top through. Unless the weather changes again I hope to be filming at Huddersfield and Sheffield tomorrow. I wonder if Stagecoach will have anything in the new branding there. I've scanned a few more cine films, shelf space is being created as planned to take up the annual rounds of DVDs I produce. A couple of people had put in 'offers' on ebay for DVDs which I've declines, at quiet times of the year it is bad enough paying the monthly subscription and sold fee with selling them at greater loss and I'm not on the old bazaar in Cairo. I'm just about to put the trailer on Youtube for Shrewsbury buses. Next week lets hope the weather is suitable for a couple of lorry shoots. We need to get the PMP van cleaned out and ready with new stock for Boyle st plus the Detling/Brooklands weekend. I'll try and get covers created for the latest releases so I can put them on the PMP shop. A very quiet day for DVD orders after a couple of busy weeks. Here are some shots from shrewsbury yesterday.
