It was the Polio Fellowship meeting today in Ellesmere Port, first we had to clear the DVD orders and get them in the post then rush to EP to get my hair cut, unexpectedly busy as many kids off due to schools closed being used for polling. Then to pet store, cost £144 to stock up including pigs ears for the dogs i9n Ireland. The M&S food shopping and coffee with Victoria sponge. Then the meeting, a great turn out with 20 there, had an hilarious talk on the Catesby family of gunpowder plot infamy and the many catastrophes which have befallen them over the decades. I was announced once in hospital at Cats Pee. The weather has continued very wet although not so windy, I propped up a few plants after I'd topped up the birds feeders when I got back and brought in the DVD covers and discs delivery which had been left in the greenhouse. Not that many orders tonight so we can go out for a Thursday night drink at the Pheasant in Plumley village. We'll vote on the way down. The forecast for the weekend is much better with Gaydon getting rain early Saturday then leaving off and dry with Sunday seeing some sunshine then after Tuesday it really gets going with cloudless skies and warming up. Mandy goes to Ireland early Monday and I'll probably be filming buses in the South East / South Central the latter half of the week with likely spots to include Canterbury, Chatham, Maidstone, Brighton, Portsmouth and Isle of Wight. It also looks as if it will be good in Ireland for Mandy staying with Hil and Sean.
