Greetings to all our readers across the world, it's been a busy start to our filming week which I now tend to concentrate on Tues, Wed and Thursdays as this avoids the additional awful traffic at the start and end of the week and leaves my Saturdays as days I can do household stuff like gardening, cleaning car what have you. I seem to have a lot on the other days as I've got another learning skills evening on Thursday and a churchwardens training seminar day on Saturday. Today as scheduled I went to Burnley and then on to Accrington and finished up at Blackburn. I met several enthusiasts out and about and one of our customer/friend/drivers at Burnley. The crews were all very friendly probably particularly so at Burnley and Blackburn. Accrington was marred by some intimidation by louts from a scaffold company, as they had a name and number on their van I phoned to complain about their behaviour, I now realise where they got their bad behaviour from, their head office. I will include a shot of their van obviously a company to avoid. The title for the blogs is still very random, only made it work once this week. The schedule for the rest of the filming is thus, Mandy will accompany me down to Swindon and then on to Bath , the weather should be bright but mainly cloudy. The change to sunshine on Thursday prompts a change to trucks as subject and a long promised return to Immingham where the new approach road and roundabout from the motorway has been finished for a while and hopefully handed over from the contractors but I'll wear my boots in case it's a mud bath still. If they've cleared away redundant signage it will be a help, old signs just seem to sit there for years on end, nobody takes responsibility. I need to get a few minutes film somewhere which sits well alongside St Helens where I filmed last week. It is certainly getting much colder now out filming, more winter clothing being 'downloaded' in readiness for tomorrows trip to South West. We need more clicks on the adverts on our Youtube channel, two days in the run of decline, lets keep the momentum up as we've done so well over the past month. Photos start with Burnley. Scaffolders who were intmidating today Comments are closed.
