MANDY IN WHEELCHAIR BAN FROM WAITROSE NORTHWICH

As forecast early on in the Corona madness the space for little Hitlers has been joyfully filled by a number of jobsworths, Mandy and I were banned from coming back to Waitrose in Northwich as Mandy in the wheelchair takes us space in the aisles when I help her, their initial defence was they could provide someone to help, so what is the difference then. She certainly can't get up the long slope to the door on her own, how does she overcome this, is this Waitrose helper person going to always be available. We think it is just going over the top, fine for able bodied people but try telling Mandy that I'm being let lose with the shopping! So it will just have to be Marks & Spencers for us, a longer trip but much better food for gaps we have Lawrence at the village shop, butchers nearby and farm shops for veg. The shopping also covered our more elderly neighbours so we were already protecting a vulnerable couple. Stuff Waitrose and John Lewes people have long memories when treated like this.

The DVD orders are still showering in from all directions, it seems futile to ask that people use the PMP shop rather than Amazon or Ebay, ours is simplicity to use plus you can also get digital downloads for hundreds of recent releases. So each day we have to trawl through three shops and of course they end up on the same packing table anyway. We had to get an order for DVD envelopes in as they have gone so fast, plus another wad of large packet sized stamps. We dropped off our St Oswald church donations at our treasurers nearby and are going over to a standing order, the need of every charity  is dire at present with everywhere closed yet many bills keep coming in.

I had the camera up on the M6 at our Plumley location from where tonights lorry shots were taken. I've a couple of DVD covers to make for last weeks Lower Peover M6 coverage and I'm also preparing a series of clips for Youtube covering the whole of our 1998 Vietnam trip as there are so many viewers for our other shorter excerpts , now they are enhanced and wide screen. Doing this also means I can save the whole files as digital versions ojn our extending digitised database.
