MANDY RECOVERING FROM HER OPERATION TODAY

A hectic day all round as wee got Mandy to Leighton with time to spare and even called at the nearby garden centre for something not dead for the pot outside the back door, generally there are few flowering plants to be found. The garden is mainly brown as the temperature plummets and wet weather seems to bwe heading our way especially for the weekend, shame as it Astle Park and I'm hoping to get along there. Once home and dropped off the DVD orders at the post office I got on with filing more photos which can then be uploaded to our still photo sales site on Smugmug, links via this site. I had a chat with my mate John down in Sussex then got the remainder of the recent DVD releases copied and into the stock for our rally visits. The next one will be Lathalmond in Fife, Scotland. We have masses of Scottish films and also all our latest releases, sales at this type of event have been falling in face of the increase in mail order by EBay and Amazon and indeed this site so lets buck the trend, come and say hello. We'll try weather permitting to get some additional filming done north of the border.

I gave my little Toyota IQ a good clean inside and out, it now sparkles ready for its 60k service tomorrow, then after dropping that off in Northwich I need to be at the medical centre at Holmes Chapel to see the physio about the continued problem with my shoulder which is ruining sleep. Mid afternoon I got the call to go and pick Mandy up, she has fully come round now and as she had the same operation last year ( failed) she know what the routine is.I got some more photos filed which is mind blowingly boring and really does send me to sleep, nowhere near as good as actually taking the pictures! Tonight some shots from sunny Chelmsford last week.
