There is a superb spot on a traffic island and it's really easy to get good shots, the whole place seemed very quiet though especially for a Friday but it was easy to pick out the trucks and there was at least one, indeed the first which wouldn't have looked out of place on Malta. After I'd got about 50 minutes my hi vis vest let me down as talisman when Mr I'm the Supervisor jobsworth crept up on me and told me to get out as it was their work site, other than there being no work for hundreds of yards and acres of empty space probably safer than it will ever be it was a bit puerile but I'm sure he got off on it, reminds me of all the crap we had to cope with in my working days all the elf and safety!
The last place was to the other side of Manchester just off the M60 etc at Hyde at the start of the A57 which eventually would take you to where I filmed in the National Park a few weeks back. The notorious traffic hot spot paid off well as the trucks really crawl around slowly like all traffic, it's a very dangerous junction as about 5% of drivers ( many BMWs) try to cut in from the wrong lane which was quieter and then ram themselves in at the last minute cutting everyone up blocking their lane and nearly causing a crash about every 3 minutes. Virtually every truck driver waved, that's if they had a had free, it's hard eating your sandwich, texting and smoking at the same time without waving to enthusiasts. So lots of editing to do, covers, lists etc etc.
