As usual a busty day so much so that I'm struggling to get everything done I want to do this evening. Keeping it as brief as possible, it looks as if I'll get to North Lincs tomorrow to cover Grimsby and Scunthorpe - if it's cleared by the time I get to Immingham either before or after the others I may squeeze in a truck film on the new roundabout which was a mud bath mid road works last visit. The photos tonight are from my Bedford visit yesterday. I went around to St Oswalds this morning and fixed the step ramp once more with some tape to prevent the edges lifting then wood glued in place a broken piece of church furniture. I had a quick clean up after two baptisms Sunday afternoon and still didn't find our yard brush which I get a replacement for, must put it on to do list. The builders had already cemented the memorial stone path from the existing church side path to the new toilet building which Mandy was going to test out with her wheel chair. I noted a couple of possible problem spots and circulated a brief synopsis. The weather was horrendous heavy rain an high winds. I put together my Irish passport application which involved sorting out a lot of documentation on my natural father Jim O'Grady, nothing is easy as he constantly changes/ changes his details even the family name and indeed my mother knew him as Michael! Went to get photos taken for application, asked NatWest to countersign as needed, refused, customer there for 46 years, rubbish service I'll have to harass poor Jane for a signature but it needs an official stamp, who has rubber stamps there days?
