The day after the party is always an anti climax but it is going to be fascinating to see if the Catalans actually go for an UDI, the famous British one was Rhodesia under Ian Smith, very different circumstances normally such things are by at least a tacit agreement often settlement of a conflict or more like a divorce, Czech, Slovakia for instance. Sometimes the split just leaves more factions fighting it out we think of South Sudan, sometimes the protagonists just continue a war as with Eritrea and Ethiopia. Time will tell, a lot of institutions need to be in place and how would the Catalans defend themselves against a Spanish reprisal when the more act of voting inspired them to such extreme state violence. The Catalan police came out of it welll as did the lads and lasses of the fire brigades - I'm sure their places will go down in a future national history.

I've been very hectic the morning spent doing my course work which carried on to this evening with a chunk out in the middle. It's course night at Chester this evening. Tomorrow looks like I'll be filming something in the Gtr Manchester, Lancashire area to be confirmed when I get up I suppose. We may head S West on Wednesday and are looking at Immingham for trucks on Thursday. The latest archive DVD is ready covering the bus rallies at Cobham and Halifax in 1999. We went to Warringtom and are purchasing a push up gazebo, quite a large one, branded white on blue which will house our entire sales stock of recent titles plus perhaps photos. This should be ready quite quickly we just need to approve the design in the morning. Lots of clips loading on Youtube right now, perhsps instead of photos you could pay us a visit there!
