It was gone 2pm when we finally had all the DVD orders ready to post out, it took a while at the village shop/post office as the nearest large post office in Knutsford is closed for refurbishment so everyone is heading for the surrounding village facilities. I did some scanning and then we went off shopping to Handforth Dean near the airport. It was around tea time when we got back, I think we were both proper whacked. This evening I'm trying to make some progress on the terrace back of cottages by Superquick, they are actually super slow, complete trash compared to Metcalfe kits which are miles superior and easier to construct and much better instructions. I've ordered up some weathering powders so i can get a more life like finish to anything going into the scene. Today i also had to remake the master DVD for the Lancashire Down Your Way as the sound seemed to had vanished. Then it was another problem with Youtube where I've uploaded in the evening, it takes forever to upload and seems to create problems with audio and slight image break up, I must remember upload pre tea time. I have still got the Hamshire DVD to make plus Stevenage from yesterday. I I get a light cloud still dry day next week I'll try and get the truck side covered, thinking of Wakefield junction of all sorts of distribution centres, the roundabout is now better but has many directions to cover so light cloud favours such requirements. Tomorrow we'll be packing DVD oders first then I'll do the video editing, make the covers , and then some more work on the diorama but really want to get the scanned cine downloaded and labelled up. this will help towards our next tranche of archive features which i want to get done for the Christmas trade and to cover the bleak lock down period. Here are some shots from the Hampshire part of the trip south to see my pal John Bishop who is starting his fight back against cancer. Comments are closed.
