I had yet another sound nights sleep and we struggled to get out of the cumfy bed , there was condensation on the windows it must have been very cold outside overnight. Again we reveled in the silence from the motorway courtesy the triple glazing. We had to be up and off to my physiotherapy session at Hale for 11.30, a couple of triumphs I manage to pedal their bkie and got full revolutions after a painful start also did some more exercises to stretch the hamstring with hopes of impressing Prof Jari. In between appointments I've been hurtling towards the end of editing the German video archives and am now on 1999 which is the last visit before they went straight onto DVD. The last one is being uploaded on the computer, all the others are on our shop and trailers on the Youtube channel which you'll remember is now well over 18M hits. Why not pass the word around to our German friends who may not have noticed this amazing cascade of their tram systems. We went up to the Spire Manchester for the 5pm appointment, with the kids back at school the traffic is awful, when we got there they said there had been an arrear and the ward had made the appointment for 6pm bnot 5pm however in the end we saw him between other patients and he looked at the wound was happy with them and after the weekend all dressings can be removed, the nurse took the steri strips off. Regards the crutches he wants them and the surgical stockings for 6 weeks and still not to do too much as it will be counter to the good progress we have made. There is a great deal more flexibility now and more to come. I'll just have to knuckle down to the various other tasks which have lined up. I think we may well need to get the whole of the Dublin archive in DVD as so far all I has was the Decade in Dublin ( I think, I'll have to check I might be thinking of Cork. Well there is rather a lot to loom through. I got another 150 items on our shop put up with full descriptions rather than just the programme numbers, mind bogglingly boring mind you! Tonight here are some shots with nurse Many in full swing on my knee and also at the Polio Fellowship visit to Gordale garden centre for cream tea yesterday, Mandy has hidden the Turkish Delight we purchased!
