Yes we are on go mode now after a very busy day when DVD orders which had gone quiet over Easter started to surge again , we took two lots of mail to the village post office any orders received from now until the weekend will all go next Monday . We come back up after the Detling rally on Saturday. As its forecast to be a bit cloudy in the far south east tomorrow that would suit best covering Dover docs so we'll be getting up very early to reach there as its hectic. That then means we are well lined up to do Canterbury and Chatham on Friday and later in the afternoon go to the showground and set up the stand Friday afternoon which takes the pressure off a bit on Saturday morning and I can then crack on with filming as the vehicles arrive. It's looking for for Saturday perhaps hazy sunshine certainly should be dry and warming up. It will be a great day as the East Kent RCC centenary celebrations kick off and as usual a great representation from local buses of all ages, well over a hundred expected and masses of them work on the continuous showground free circuit, you can ride as many as you like. Hopefully a lot of you will call in at the stand hall where Mandy will be in charge of the PMP display, you shouldn't miss it as we've 10 metres booked. A very busy day , I got 4 hours of films loaded on our EBay shop, listed in our image database and clips put on Youtube. That was the least of the tasks though although also on the bus front I did some trimming up ready for filing of stills from our Jan visit to Hull. I did a lot of gardening, thinning out plants as well as weeding, the garden rubbish bin is full. My new knee seems to stand up well although by the end of the day it lets me know it's still there! Dieting day although only the one as it was Mandy's birthday yesterday. I'll do my best to blog and keep in touch from the Premier inn at Gillingham where we are staying. If you are out and about in Kent give us a wave , we'll be in the PMP van. Some photos to get us in the mood for Kent. Outside our visiting reed warblers are back yet again enjoying some of the feeds I put out this morning on the grass, Comments are closed.
