We used one of the precious supply of sleeping pills to get me off to nod last night as they would only issue 7 and that means I've now got 4 left, I need to make an appointment to see the doc and get a few more as I don't think I'll get addicted and I don't usually have any problems getting off at night. Anyway I felt much refreshed and it was an earlier time for physio today , we skipped the bike machine as that caused agony last week. All in all I got the thumbs up for the regime I've been following and I can now go thundering up and down stairs at will as its good exercise and if thats good then filming the transport must be perfect so we carried on straight from Hale to Northwich where the wonders of GHA range from R reg to 15, what a time spread. There must have been much that caught my eye as with Macclesfield I've got nearly an hour but I'm going to add Congleton. We have scrapped the Hardy family launch of the new bench at Southern Cemetery , Mandy is just tying in with Derek as he was the only one who could make it, I'll let Tony O'Mahoney know as he was coming along representing the friends of the southern group plus being an old friend etc. We are working on sorting a weekend to go down to see Ian and Miguel at Corbie in Piccardy this October. I must also let Ed O'Neil know we are definite for Dublin next weekend, hotel and ferry to book though! Its also the North West Truckfest this weekend which is at Cheshire county showground very near home, I may decide to have a go at that. Its also Showbus this Sunday but with the family event, my knee etc we decided to give it a miss as walking on grass isn't that easy with a new knee and it can be a right chew at Woburn in bad weather although it does seem to be set fair Sat and Sunday. Our friend Sue is between sessions in the sun and calling in Sunday so a nice roast to look forward to. Pub night tonight, not sure if the beer mixes well with the pills but as I don't sleep much anyway what the heck. Photos from Northwich earlier today. Comments are closed.
