I was up very early and then was surprised in the dark that an ambulance pulled up outside, the lady was looking for house numbers in the dark to take a neighbour to hospital, thankfully we were able to help. It is difficult this time of year. Another day at zero or below and a bit more snow. I spent most of the morning getting the cleaning and vaccing done as our cleaners vanish first sign of higher restrictions although as they are working it would be well within the rules. After that I carried on and although the left side of the layout isn't finished it is nearly there so I though I'd tidy up and work on the right hand side. I got quite a ,lots of London transport models in the bus station which contrary to my writing about the crews being on strike they look very busy! Perhaps I will be able to find a set of strikers with banners in one of the many low volume suppliers lists. Our Youtube results for December weren't too bad considering the general malaise in advertising and hits on our channel have taken a bit of a dive recently. We have got all the DVD orders ready to post out on Monday, it was quieter today, just a couple to get ready but we have a load with the four days of the New Year holiday. Hopefully the weather will be suitable for filming in the coming week, I must get those heated socks ordered. Once again we send our best wishes to one and all on this New Year and we learn that Israel has already vaccinated 12% of their population, lets hope we can get British backsides into gear and emulate that splendid achievement. I really will try and get the Crich material edited tomorrow!
