well another busy day and our homewards leg commences.Bangladesh is not for the faint of heart, really a strictly global travellers choice of destination. certainly the food is not so good outside of the five star Weston etc chain groups. we had a car to the border, certainly from what we saw the Indian buses are all sat on their side of the border, would you believe the hartal finishes tonight but the transport blockade goes on.
it really is bliss to have a yummy meal with am English buffet. let's go back to this morning, we had a car to the border as our guide was worried about us plus the trans border services really weren't working as we saw the Indian buses sat on their side of the line. we really put the border guards out as westerners in general seemed pretty rare and after four minutes of studying they'd still ask you by our nationality. lots of s!miles on Bangladesh side as ever,Indians a not more gruff.chaotic situation score failed on both sides, actually Bangladesh seemed more professional than India.s arrangements. we got a ruk tuk to benole or whatever they calls it on the indiannside amf headed for the buses but they see!ed pretty rough so wevdeclimed and headed to the commuter elective at the railway station. wed left our guide has an behind sonhw could start his journey back to Dhaka. a!acing that the hartal finishes as we depart. we got a suburban electric train which took pretty well into the city centre which just left is with a short hop to the railway station and wothnalk the commotion it was still a fair bit to tjebstation! .!,the train was waiting and leftvalmost on time. there were a l the usual hawkers plus a kareoke guy who really fancied himself. never felt so clean as to after a doak in the bath here. tomorrow we start to work our way around and I realised tonight that my knees hadn't been playing up at all since in seemed to strain something under my knee, falling asleep now, goodnight Dave,............
