I was annoyed to lose out on the Ebay auction of prewar Cuba 16mm film but I haven't got the time to sit all day waiting for the last minute dash to win. I have bought a few more but only where the prices are sensible or the content sounds great, mostly of course home movies are wedding, kids and pets. I haven't seen many new Atlas buses around , the Ikarus artic sold for a heap of money and no more have appeared since. There are lots of livery variations between the different release countries, I wonder why they think that the British can only accept UK prototypes, anyway I keep my eyes peeled. The weather forecast for the weekend and bank holiday seems suited to our purposes, we are coveing Newcastle, Gateshead, South Shields and Sunderland on Saturday then having a rest Sunday morning before we go off to a golden wedding celebration near Chester. Then on Monday I'll be at truckfest at Peterborough, Mandy will sit that one out at home. I've just started work on the French trip in June, not oodles of locations but three tramways we haven't yet recorded plus an update on the Limoges trolleybus scene. A few trucks if we are lucky and if we are even more lucky a couple of days entirely at rest. I haven't progressed the Colombia trip again , it can wait until the French one is plannbed. We are also intending to add some days to our southern based rally weekends which hopefully will sweep up the likes of Tunbridge Wells, Outer London, Isle of Wight to name but a few. The next rally we'll be at is the Fenland Event in a couple of weeks followed by the PMP Sponsored POPS rally at the Brittania Stadium at Stoke. I'm on the last two trucks DVDs for Belfast, I then need to get started on the covers. I uploaded a lots of clips from Northern Ireland on our Youtrube channel last night so if you visit remember to give each advert a click or two. Comments are closed.
