I was busy finishing off DVD masters and getting DVD covers made that filled most of the morning then we had a session cleaning the outside window frames and fascias around the ground floor of the house. I also polished out scatches from neighbours children's football on the back of Mandy's car and from supermarket neighbours on the wing, all is well. That really was the better part of the day taken up. It has been a mix of cloud and sun and as ever still windy and cool at most 16 but not for long, it is now mostly clear. I then did some research on Ancestry, actually opening up the ancient files I had on Family historian pre Ancestry as there were some 15thC records of my Vincent ancestors that I hadn't added to the Ancestry files, there is a three generation gap with Vincents I have no name for then this clutch of people who are certainly family going back to early 1400's still a way off the Norman invasion from whence they surely arrived. In turn these Normans or Northern Men or Norse Men were decended from Vikings who got to France. It was fun getting these old records out again, we paid a lot for research in early days which is now public info but I doubt will ever make it to likes of Ancestry being a latin / middle English mix in old English script.
