THURSDAY POST 7th JAN 2016 - NON TRANSPORT DAY!

Weebly site seems to have wobbled more than usual with posting published still in draft box, I assume nobody got the Wednesday posting on the Manchester trip or was it the Birmingham from the day before. Anyway hopefully we have now caught up. I get into terrible muddles with some folk, I offer to help and then find hours of precious time have been wasted, this has happened trying to help some young film makers in Kiev, Ukraine. I must remember my own advise I always dish out, say no! Yes its all very well being super helpful but it often bounces back to bite you on the bottom.

This was our weekly non transport day and we had a few errands to do but roughly we got the DVD orders ready, I went to the doctors at Holmes Chapel reference the multiple disc herniation episodes I'm getting, albeit brief it's frightening as each time you envisage weeks on your back. Anyway not a lot they can do, he said taking the tramadol pain killer is as good a prevention as there is so that the immune system doesn't kick in which get the muscles all bound up and that's the bit that causes the agony. We went to drop off the post, weather was getting worse, very windy yet again.  We decided to go to the garden centre et al at Leigh, can't remember the name but had huge food de4pt and lots of cafes and giant cream scones, wouldn't go again especially but we spent quite a lot, I had v rich pecan pie and clotted cream. We then went to B&Q at Warrington and got some new torches, we went to M&S at Warrington to get the bits we didn't get at garden centre outlet and then stopped off at a kitchen place near home we discovered after looking at the Eddie Stobart new head quarters near High Liegh.

Lost lots of EBay bids but I'm not spending money if I think there is no chance of recovering it, a few DVD orders in the post and on the net. Tomorrow editing film etc and then Saturday possible local trip perhaps Stoke weather could be a bit iffy. Sunday look rotten weather but Monday looks a possible for buses in Leeds. Dont worry trucks fans will get a look in soon, waiting for suitable weather windows.
