I was very tired on the way back, stopped and got a Magnum icecream as I thought it would perk me up but it was a gooey mess, looked like it had been sat on, unfrozen, refrozen, shame I drove away and parked up to eat it elsewhere. Tomorrow it's the Polio Fellowship meeting at Ellesmere Port, we have somebody from head office giving a talk, with Mandy away I'll fly her flag for the afternoon. While in the Port I'll get my hair cut and stock up at Marks & Spencers plus get bird food from the pet superstore, I topped up all the feeders when I got back and popped the post round to the post office, a couple more orders came through in the post which was as late as ever. I'll give you some shots from Lincoln and return to London shots tomorrow, too tired to do much today, caught up with the soaps, an early night called for.
We lost our recycle bins in the gales last week but tomorrow is dust bin collection day and amazingly the young woman over the road has put out extra recycle bins, I'm sure they are ours but if I just take them they'll be hell to pay no doubt but I rarely ever see her about, perhaps the bin lads will put two and two together and sort it out. I was up early this morning but had slept well after the long day out in London yesterday. I've downloaded all the film from the two days but next need to edit the Bus Spot Ultra on Bournemouth. The forecast today was for light cloud until late afternoon but it started sunny but it wasn't a problem as the new bus station at Lincoln lends itself very well to film or photography and will be even better when the kerbs and fallow areas are grassed or pathed opposite the ext. The bus station also has a great new cafe much better than anything that you would expect. I think the whole thing is a bit small and parking side on to the new car park where they tend to leave a couple of vehicles makes it too tight for anyone who has been at the further bays to load. Also with the lack of road signage drivers come up and panic thinking they have driven into the bus station if they stuck with it they would rejoin the carriageway heading up hill towards the cathedral.
