An average plus night last night with a lot of discomfort but a lot of sleep and I was just ready to turn over when the alarm went off early as we had Northwich Glass coming to fit the new triple glazed windows around the upstairs front rooms, yes I'll even have a silent study. The weather was a lot cooler today and was grey sky most of the time although of course in the autumn this is great for filming as shadows are no problem but all academic as I'm still grounded. We measured my calf and thigh and both legs are withing a quarter inch around so the swelling is now only around the new knee area. There is a lot of progress to be made but I think each day it feels slightly less weird. The glass chaps were wrapped up shortly after lunch time, then a big clean up around the house as it always creates dust however careful they are. While it was going on I stayed in the PMP office and cracked on with outstanding jobs such as getting the very last of the photos from July and August ready to file, then filed them all and further used the enormous upload power of the fibre optic line to put masses of photos on our Smugmug still photo sales site which I carried on with and back tracked many of the past years crop which had escaped upload which wasn't surprising as it took so long before. I salso got some random files full of various photos filed and really a bit of a clean up in the computer. Then I had a go at some of the negs I'd copied but hadn't reversed the images to positivbe for the first time in forty years in many cases. In between all this I did get yet another German tram archive DVD completed, uploaded clips on Youtube and also added item details to around 100 entries on our shop. A dip into the black and white era , these are only at first stage of tidy up before file or trash but very random you'll note! Tomorrow we are out with the Polio Fellowship visiting a garden centre and afternoon teas despite being a dieting day which we are now back observing reasonably diligently. Comments are closed.
