its a pity that the email doesn't work and I can't log into Amazon but I've been able to keep up with eBay and the strength of the free WiFi at one hotel in mexico city is good and we've been able to watch TV or radio and such is the time difference that we get BBC world at one when we wake up at 7am local time. yesterday we had our last full day in the capital Mexico city. there was a big demonstration due and massive police and army presence yesterday but all we saw was a peaceful protest meeting of youngsters in the evening. we've done well for food using a restaurant just across the road from our hotel and our cash seems to be going a long way. I didn't first large scale truck filming yesterday but I really need to get some more done hopefully some opportunities today as we use the new toll road to the second city Guadalajara which is going to be about a six hour drive away.we are pretty well packed and with the tiny room there seems little chance of leaving anything behind. the truck scene is very good with masses of old USA trucks and local Mexican trucks,no hassles filming although time ran away yesterday getting the light rail line done as its all shrouded in fences like the metro which is a rubber tyred system. we traveled out to the furthest trolleybus routes but the station at the end was all fenced in and nothing new was spotted, the trolleybuses are Japanese with some rebuilt really there seems about three main types in service. the weather has been hot with varying amounts of cloud but dry should be a moot hoteer on our next leg but so far the news is that trolleys are off in Guadalajara let's hope the news is wrong.
